It is the bedroom count: 2 BHK means two bedrooms plus a hall and kitchen.

How are nearby places measured?

Each distance is the approximate kilometre value stored with the facility icon.

How do packages work?

Agents buy a plan that sets how many property and project listings they can post.

Can I download the brochure?

Each property and project has a brochure image and a PDF document.

Who approves a listing?

Admin listings in this sample are already marked approved.

How do I contact an agent?

Use the enquiry form or the chat thread attached to the property.

Which cities are covered?

Is there a verified agent badge?

Agents with a submitted ID photo appear in the verification list.
